How much education do teachers need? How much do most get? Is it enough?

I think teachers need a ton of education, however, my idea of education is not neccessarily a formal education.

I think they are usually required to get a masters degree, but they can do it after they have started teaching.

It depends upon your interest, If you wants to be elementary teacher then graduation is sufficient but if you wants to teach at a higher level then you should be specialized in your field.
